Ann Beecher has worked in the background check industry since 1996 and founded Cutting Edge Background Investigations, LLC in 2011.
Her philosophy is partnering with her clients to be sure they have all the information they need from the background checks to make the best hiring decision possible. Ann has logged thousands of hours as an investigator and the is a member of Professional Background Screeners Association, serving on the education committee there. She is an active member of Twin Cities SHRM, and Cutting Edge Background is a Gold sponsor to that organization. She is also a member of the national SHRM organization, MN SHRM, and PIHRA (People In Human Resources Association). Ann holds both Basic and Advanced Certifications from the Professional Background Screeners Association in the Fair Credit Reporting Act. She is also a licensed private investigator in the state of New Mexico (License #2797) and California (License #29148)
