Q. It’s painstaking having to enter all the details for the background checks. SSN’s,DOB’s, addresses, employers, education, references.

A. Use the QuickApp feature on our platform. It generates an email to that applicant that covers the authorizations, disclosures and has the applicant input the requisite information to complete their background check. It’s a lot less paper for you to push.

Q. Client is  re-screening the entire workforce at the credit union. Is there a way to bulk upload that request?

A. Yes, it’s easy. We have a .csv spreadsheet that works either with our platform’s QuickApp feature or standard ordering. It’s slick.

Q. Can you facilitate drug screenings?

A. Absolutely.5-panel, 10-panel, 10-panel + synthetic opiods, 5-panel minus the TCH. . .just ask for what you need.

Q. Is Cutting Edge Background integrated with our applicant tracking system?

A. Probably.We are integrated with over 40 different applicant tracking systems. I’ve done a couple integrations lately. The integrations took around 30 minutes.

Q. Can you call references?

A. All day, every day. References, employment verifications, education verifications, agency searches (OIG, OFAC, SAM). If you aren’t sure, just ask. We’re a full-service house. Always have been.

Q. Can you split out the invoicing for our different divisions or clients?

A. We do it all the time.

Q. How much coffee do you drink in a day?

A. More than enough.
